OF COURSE NOT. THAT CAN'T POSSIBLY WORK. Bond sales are a voluntary arrangement whereby a person agrees to part with some cash in exchange for the bond. The key word there is voluntary. That means that nobody who was going to use the money to spend will be purchasing the bond from the government. The only people who will purchase the bonds are people who weren't going to be spending the money anyway (and even if somebody decided later that they needed the money to spend, then they could just sell the bond to somebody else in the secondary market), which means that the bond sales can't reduce spending in the economy, which means they can't reduce inflation.
